How can chiropractic help?
Studies have shown that for tension headache, cervicogenic headache, and chronic or episodic migraine, chiropractic treatment can be very helpful in relieving pain. When you see your chiropractor, they will assess the problem and source of your headache. They will use manual spinal manipulation and they may also use other methods such as massage, mobilization, and device-assisted manipulation. Their goal is to alleviate the problem so you can hold your head high and live your life pain free.
Before taking that pill, try seeking chiropractic advice. It may be all you need to keep that recurring headache at bay.
