Some illnesses may be caused by a misaligned spine or impaired nervous system and will only need some adjustments.
Testimonial from Gerald:
I took my 10-year-old son to the hospital for tests due to daily vomitting and severe acid reflux. Whenever he would eat or drink something he would have to throw up. He had to carry a bag with him to school in case he had to throw up in class.
This had been occuring daily for 4 months. The doctor decided to do surgery where they would tie a couple of bands around his stomach to try and prevent the acid from rising.
I brought my son to see Dr. Deric D’Agostino. He made a few adjustments with a gentle tool. From that moment on (about 4 weeks now), my son has not had any acid reflux, nor has he vomited. He told me that he felt healthy again. The surgeon has since canceled the surgery.

Notes from Dr. Deric D’Agostino, D.C.:
I was treating Gerald for a motor vehicle accident when he had missed one of his appointments. He told me it was because he had to take his 10-year-old son to the hospital for tests due to severe acid reflux; his son had been throwing up whenever he ate or drank anything.
I told him to bring his son in and I would take a quick look at him. To reassure my patient, I said I would be using on his son the same tool I use on him (arthro-stim), and that it would be very gentle. The technique I used is called KST, a gentle adjustment that uses the patient’s own body to direct where the adjustments are to be made.
My patient brought his son in and I made a few adjustments—one of note was adjusting his stomach from inferior to superior. It’s been 6 weeks and the son has not had any acid reflux nor has he vomited.
